Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD affects around 5 million Americans. This can be a debilitating and difficult condition.  PTSD symptoms include: irritability with outburst of anger, difficulty concentrating, migraines,  anxiety, depression, and insomnia.

  Many treatments and techniques that are considered  complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies within the U.S. are part of conventional medicinal practices in other parts of the world.
